Cooking up a Storm!

We want to congratulate all of our amazing pupils who participated in their Junior Cert Home Economics Practical Exam before the mid-term. They worked so hard all year and in the build up to their exam, perfecting their menus and practising their chosen dishes to ensure they were just right. They worked hard and showed great determination and resilience on the day of the practical and presented some beautiful (and delicious) dishes.
