Spreading the word about Biodiversity
Pupils on the Green School Committee are working so hard to raise awareness around the school on the subject of Biodiversity as we work towards earning our Biodiversity Flag. They have completed so many projects to ensure we are all caring for our school environment and promoting biodiversity. They have completed planting projects in the school garden, created cosy homes for insects and wildlife in our environment, researched local wildlife displaying their projects so all pupils and staff could learn more about them and are running our schools re-turn scheme to do our bit for the wider environment and encourage recycling. Here is a gallery of all of the amazing things they have been getting up to! Great work to all on the Green Schools Committee and Ms.O’Leary who facilitates and supports all they do.
